Finding compounds with drug potential in the vast chemical space is a significant challenge in drug screening. Combinatorial chemistry strategies allow for the rapid construction of compound libraries containing hundreds of thousands of small molecules. These small molecules obtained in this way have similar structures and demonstrate some correlation in biological activity. Conversely, diversity-oriented synthesis (DOS) strategy involves the synthesis of small molecules with greater structural diversity. These molecules are more evenly distributed in chemical space, thus providing a better sampling of the chemical landscape. Screening these small molecules makes it possible to discover more promising drug-like structures.
The Diversity Core Library is launched based on customer demands for structural diversity. The library realizes the balance between the library scale and diversity while efficiently doing sampling of chemical space.
The Diversity Core Library Part2 collects 25920 compounds from 1.3 million in-stock compounds. With drug-like properties remained, the library ensures structural diversity to provide a comprehensive compound selection for customers involved in drug discovery projects, optimizing the input-output ratio for discovering lead compounds. Thus, it is a better choice on demands for a library that covers more interactions or for more selection of compounds.
TargetMol's Diversity Core Library Part 2 is available in liquid packaging for 96-well plates and can be customized according to customer needs, perfectly matching their requirements.
